Development privacy notice
This foundation stores account name, email, provider-managed password hashes, sessions and study progress in PostgreSQL. Session records may include IP and browser information for authentication. Study data includes responses, flags, notes and question-use history.
Do not enter patient identifiers or other sensitive clinical information into notes. The application does not store payment-card details.
Production retention, export, deletion and contact procedures must be finalized before public launch. This notice describes the development foundation; it is not a finalized production privacy policy.
